Monday night we played our Chicago show at Martyrs’. We got into town a few hours early and stopped by Dollop Coffee & Tea to meet up with Danielle, a friend of Lauren’s from the internet. We also recorded our ukulele/mandolin cover song video at Danielle’s apartment since it was too windy to record outside.
And then there was the show. Not only was Martyrs’ an amazing venue with an incredibly friendly staff, the crowd was one of the best we’ve every played for. We will definitely be returning to Chicago as soon as we can!
